🚀Getting started

Two minutes from install to your first expense.

1. Create an account with your email and open the app. The first time, it creates your personal household (a private budget only you see).
2. Pick your language in Profile. Vezoro supports 33 languages. The currency is picked from your language and region; you can change it any time in Profile → Default currency.
3. Open the Budget tab and tap + to add your first expense, or scan a receipt (see below).
4. Optional: turn on the app lock (fingerprint / PIN) in Profile.

🧾Scan receipts

Snap a receipt and the store, date, items and prices are filled in for you.

Scan with a photo

1. Open the Budget tab → + → Scan receipt (or tap the scan button on the home-screen widget).
2. Take a photo, or choose one from the gallery.
3. Review the result: store, date, category and each item. Fix anything that looks off, then save.

Serbian fiscal receipts (QR)

If your language or currency is Serbian / RSD, the scan screen also offers Scan receipt QR. It reads the receipt directly from the tax authority, so it uses none of your monthly AI scans.

• Fill the frame with the QR code and hold steady. Dense QR codes read best from about 15–25 cm away in good light.
• If the QR won't scan live, choose a photo of it from the gallery. The app lets you crop to the QR so it reads more reliably.
• If items don't load, the total is still saved. You can scan the receipt as a photo instead.

👨‍👩‍👧Shared household

Invite family. Everyone sees the same budget in real time.

Invite someone

1. Open Profile and find your household.
2. Tap Share invite (or copy the invite code) and send it by any messenger.

Join a household

1. Install Vezoro and create your account.
2. In Profile, open Join a household, enter the code and tap Join household.

Good to know

• Pick your avatar: tap your picture in the member list.
• Allowance: give each member a monthly pocket-money wallet. Expenses marked "paid from allowance" use it instead of the shared budget.
• Leaving: you can leave a household and either keep it as it is, or take a copy of the data (including photos) with you.
• Premium belongs to whoever paid for it. If the payer leaves, it moves with them to their own household.

📊Budgets & limits

Set a monthly limit and watch progress before you overspend.

1. On the Budget tab, tap + on the category row to create a category. Choose from 80+ icons and colours (clothes, garage, car equipment, travel, pets and more).
2. Set an overall monthly limit and, if you like, a limit per category.
3. Add expenses with +. Typing something like "coffee 3.50" in quick entry fills the form for you.
4. Use the month switcher at the top to look back, or to add an expense to an earlier month.
5. Tap the search icon next to Recent expenses to find any expense by name, store or category.

• You'll get a notification when you're close to a limit or over it.
• Expenses in other currencies are never mixed into the totals. A small hint shows a rough conversion while you type.
• Statistics (from Home) shows what you buy most and where.

💳Bills

Never miss a due date.

1. Open Bills from the Home tab and tap +.
2. Enter the name, category, amount and due date. Optionally add notes and a photo of the bill.
3. You get a reminder when it's due. Mark it paid when you're done: it becomes a normal expense in the category you chose.

• For Serbian payment slips you can scan the payment QR to fill in the amount and recipient.
• The next due bill also shows on the home-screen widget.

🛡️Warranties

Keep proof of purchase and warranty dates in one place.

1. Open the Warranty tab and tap +.
2. Scan the receipt (photo or QR) to fill in store, date, price and the store's address and phone, or type it in.
3. Add a photo of the product and of the receipt. You can crop each photo.
4. Set the warranty length. Vezoro reminds you before it expires.

• With four or more items, a search bar and filters appear so you can find things quickly.
• Tap a store's phone number to call it directly from the warranty.
• Photos stay on your phone on the Free plan and sync to the cloud with Premium.

🐷Savings goals

Name a goal, add to it, watch it fill up.

1. Open Savings from the Home tab.
2. Create a goal with a name and a target amount.
3. Add money to it whenever you set something aside. Each member's contribution is shown.

💡Savings tips

See where your money quietly goes.

• Recurring costs: Vezoro spots subscriptions and repeated payments, including ones you may have cancelled.
• Cheaper elsewhere: it tracks the price of the same item across stores.
• Overspending: categories that go over their limit are highlighted, with a concrete suggestion.
• AI tips (Premium) go deeper with personalised suggestions.
• Round-up: when you scan a receipt, Vezoro can offer to put the spare change toward a savings goal.

🤝Loans

Remember who you lent to, and who lent to you.

1. Open Loans from the Home tab and tap +.
2. Choose whether you lent or borrowed, then enter the person, amount, currency and due date. Add their phone and email if you like.
3. Record partial payments as they happen. The remaining balance updates automatically.

• Tap the phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber shortcuts on a loan to get in touch. Local numbers are converted to the international format for you.
• Attach a photo of an agreement if you have one.

✨More features

Smaller things that make everyday use easier.

• Comments and reactions: long-press an expense to leave a comment or an emoji reaction. A small counter on the row shows how many comments it has.
• Quick entry: type a short phrase such as "coffee 3.50" and Vezoro suggests the amount, name and category. You confirm before it is saved.
• Subscriptions: a dedicated screen lists recurring payments it detected, and lets you mark the ones you have cancelled.
• Daily quiz: a short money quiz or logic game once a day. Keep a streak going to earn free Premium days (limited per household per year).
• Invite friends: share your referral code. When a friend joins with it, both of you receive free Premium days.
• Weekly and monthly recap: a summary of your spending by push notification and email. You can switch it off in Profile.
• App lock: protect Vezoro with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN in Profile.
• Notifications: budget limit alerts, bill and warranty reminders. Allow notifications for Vezoro in your phone settings if you do not receive them.
• Languages: 33 languages, switched instantly in Profile. Numbers, dates and months follow the language.

📱Home-screen widget

Add an expense without even opening the menus.

1. Long-press an empty spot on your Android home screen → Widgets → Vezoro.
2. Use the buttons: add expense, scan receipt and shopping list item. The widget also shows this month's spending and the next bill.

• The shopping list is shared with the household, so anyone can add or tick off items.

⭐Free & Premium

Start free. Try everything free for 14 days.

• Free trial: start it once per household from the Premium screen. It lasts 14 days and you'll get a reminder before it ends.
• Promo code: Profile → Promo code.
• Premium is per household, so one subscription covers every member.

🔒Your data

Private by design. You stay in control.

• Export: PDF spending reports and CSV/Excel exports (Premium).
• Import: bring in a bank statement from CSV or Excel (Premium).
• Backup & restore: Premium households get automatic weekly backups and a Restore data option in Profile.
• Trash: deleted items stay in the trash for a while and can be restored.
• Delete your account: in-app under Profile, or follow the steps on the delete account page.

Something not working? We want to hear about it.

• In the app, open Profile → Report a problem. It opens an email with your app version and device details already filled in. Add a short description and, if you can, a screenshot.
